Participate in pre-audit planning for audit engagements;
Design audit approaches;
Review the company’s processes, transactions and internal controls;
Assist Managers in supervision of less experienced team members on engagements – reviewing and providing guidance on deliverables;
Manage small engagements depending on experience and business area;
Perform reviews of audit documents;
Interact with clients to discuss audit issues;
Prepare draft audit reports;
Develop working papers, assist in tracking of progress of audit engagements.

University Degree in Economics with focus on Audit / Accounting / Finance / Management or similar;
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in Audit;
Initiated ACCA qualification program and/or enrolled in a local accounting qualification program is a plus;
Fluent English is a must; other languages would be an asset;
Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an eye for detail;
High level of financial, legal and IT awareness;
Understanding and development in technical knowledge on IFRS, local regulatory framework and other as applicable;
Understanding and compliance with professional ethical principles;
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking;
The highest level of personal integrity.
